Questionnaire on Small Arms, Light Weapons and Ammunition

In 2004, the U.N. Commission on Human Rights approved Decision 2004/124 supporting the transmission of a questionnaire to Governments, national human rights institutions, and non-governmental organizations to solicit information on efforts to prevent human rights violations committed with small arms and light weapons.
