You can donate online through the University of Minnesota Foundation.

Private support for the Human Rights Program is essential to its continued success. Your contributions not only maintain the Human Rights Program as the strongest connection our students have with the greater human rights community, but also support the invaluable real-world experiences that future generations of policy makers and advocates will receive.

Your tax-deductible gift to the program can be used to support a variety of activities including:

• Scribes for Human Rights Fellowship - "Reports" alone do not serve the Human Rights Program’s needs. A writer who can focus on a narrative and can write for a broader citizen-audience greatly enhances the efforts of the Human Rights Program to get its message out to the community and the world. This fellowship supports one MFA student to work with the program as a writer-in-residence.
• Human Rights Internship Fund – One of the hallmarks of the Human Rights Program is its ability to connect students to greater human rights community. This fund provides support for internships in which students work for one of several human rights organizations in the Midwest.
• Human Rights Program General Fund – The general fund supports the program’s basic necessities.
